Founder
Gale Boykin is the visionary founder of Naomi's Outreach, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing safe, supportive housing and specialized re-entry services for formerly incarcerated seniors.
A native of Jacksonville, Texas, Gale established the organization as a heartfelt tribute to her mother, Naomi, whose lifelong passion for helping others serves as the foundational spirit of the mission.
Guided by a steadfast commitment to compassion, integrity, and faith, Gale is devoted to creating an encouraging environment that fosters spiritual, emotional, and personal growth for individuals navigating the challenging transition back into society.
Through her leadership at Naomi's Outreach, she works to ensure that seniors are treated with the dignity they deserve — empowering them to rebuild their lives within a community that values their potential and well-being.
